How to Apply

Our application and enrollment process is quite simple.

Step 1: Contact the admissions office to request to be added to our mailing list. This ensures that you receive our admissions packet and invitations to school events.

Step 2: Complete and submit our online application for admission and application fee ($350, non-refundable). The application includes biographical information, birth certificate, health form, current transcripts, and recommendation letters from English and mathematics teachers. International applicants must also complete the I-20 forms. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible and are considered on a space-available basis.

Please use the following checklist when completing the application package:

Step 3: All non-native English speakers must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT), and submit their scores by the application deadline. Please visit the TOEFL website ( to find test dates and centers in your country.

Step 4: All students are required to interview with an admissions representative from Cambridge Prep. While an on-campus visit and interview is preferable, we will accommodate a video interview over the Internet (using Skype or WeChat) once the application is complete and received by the Admissions Office. Students will be contacted directly by the Admissions Office to set up the interview.

Step 5: Receive notification of the admissions decision. Decisions are made by the Admissions Committee usually within two weeks of receiving a completed application.

Step 6: Inform the admissions office of your decision to enroll at Cambridge Prep and complete the online enrollment contract with the required $1000 enrollment/registration fee. International students will receive an I-20 after submitting the enrollment contract with the required non-refundable enrollment/registration fee and tuition deposit.
